Bradley Wright-Phillips on Arsenal and Wenger: Something has to change

New York Red Bulls star Bradley Wright-Phillips, the son of Arsenal great Ian Wright, shares his thoughts on Arsene Wenger and the Alexis Sanchez saga.

New York Red Bulls striker Bradley Wright-Phillips, the son of Arsenal legend Ian Wright, insists that Arsene Wenger has to depart for the club to move on.

Wright-Phillips, a fan of the Gunners, has great respect for what Wenger has achieved at the club but for him the recent decline of a team that should be challenging for the Premier League title each season means something has to change.

The Red Bulls shipped Kljestan -- the league's assists leader the past two seasons -- and $150,000 in allocation money to Orlando City in exchange for Carlos Rivas and Tommy Redding.

It marked the second straight January in which New York has dealt away its captain in the offseason, after Dax McCarty joined the Chicago Fire in a surprise move in 2017.

But Hamlett said...
