Charlton moved up into the final play-off spot after beating MK Dons 2-1 to record their first win in three games and condemn their struggling hosts to a sixth successive defeat in all competitions.

Ahmed Kashi and Josh Magennis both found the net for the visitors while Kieran Agard netted a consolation for MK, but it was not enough for the Dons' rookie boss Dan Micciche who has lost all of five his matches in charge.

The Addicks took a deserved lead after just 10 minutes when Conor McGrandles was...

New MK Dons boss Dan Micciche is still seeking his first point in charge after a narrow 1-0 defeat at relegation rivals Oldham.

It is now four straight league and cup losses for Micciche, whose side were beaten by Anthony Gerrard's first-half goal.

Dons could have led after just six minutes when Chuks Aneke chased down Scott Wootton's pass and was denied by Oldham goalkeeper Johny Placide.

Robbie Muirhead also went close before Oldham's Craig Davies fired a good chance wide of the far post.

Matt Clarke and Connor Chaplin scored in the dying moments as Portsmouth came from behind to beat MK Dons 2-1 and end a five-match winless league run at Stadium MK.

Milton Keynes took a deserved lead midway through the first half after Josh Tymon's left-footed cross into the six-yard box was met by the onrushing Keiran Agard, whose effort was superbly saved by Pompey keeper Luke McGee.

The ball fell invitingly into the path of Ike Ugbo, who made no mistake, smashing home into an empty net to record...

Stoke loanee Julien Ngoy's winner just four minutes into his debut gave Walsall a 1-0 victory that boosted their survival hopes and kept MK Dons firmly in the drop zone.

Substitute Ngoy fired home in the 70th minute to move Walsall four points clear of the relegation places and leave Dons three points from safety.

Walsall had the only chances of a drab first half as Joe Edwards' early 25-yard strike was saved by Lee Nicholls and, late in the half, Erhun Oztumer headed an Edwards cross wide from 12...

Maxime Biamou's second-half winner saw 1987 FA Cup winners Coventry cause a minor upset and progress into the fifth round with a 1-0 win over League One strugglers MK Dons.

Fast becoming one of this season's memorable FA Cup stories, the Sky Blues saw off Premier League Stoke to make it to this stage and they were backed by almost 8,000 travelling supporters.

Mark Robins' side started on the front foot and went close after 23 minutes when Biamou's powerful drive forced Dons keeper Lee Nicholls into...
