Paris Saint-Germain-Dijon among five postponed matches in Ligue 1

Ajax's Frenkie De Jong reflected on their 'crazy' draw with Bayern Munich in the Champions League and insisted he isn't planning to move to Paris Saint-Germain.

For the second straight weekend, Ligue 1 leader Paris Saint-Germain will not play after several games were postponed at the request of authorities.

PSG's match at Dijon on Saturday had initially been maintained, but it was among five weekend games postponed on Thursday after six matches were called off last weekend.

Saturday's match between Amiens and Angers, as well as Sunday's Brittany derby between Guingamp and Rennes, and Marseille's home game against Bordeaux, will be played at a later date.

MONACO, Oct 27 (Reuters) - Former France World Cup winner Thierry Henry was denied a first taste of success as Monaco manager after a rollercoaster 2-2 home draw with Dijon on Saturday stretched their winless run to 10 games.

Following a 2-1 defeat at Strasbourg and a 1-1 Champions League draw at Belgian rivals Club Bruges, Henry endured a patchy home debut as Monaco salvaged a point after throwing away an early lead.

The result kept the team in 19th position, on seven points from 11 games, goal difference...

Jules Keita: 'Baba Neymar' takes Ligue 1 by storm

Jules Keita earned the nickname 'Baba Neymar' when playing on the streets of Conakry, and after being signed by Dijon this summer, he's already begun to live up to his moniker in the French top flight.

The forward was arguably the outstanding player of the Ligue 1 weekend when delivered a mesmerising display as OGC Nice were eviscerated 4-0 at home on Saturday.

In only 24 minutes, the wonderkid scored twice and contributed another assist as Dijon secured the most shocking result of the season so...

MLS is not a league for 'retirees' - former LAFC defender Laurent Ciman

Laurent Ciman has told L'Equipe the image of the Major League Soccer as "a league of retirees" is "false" after moving from LAFC to Dijon.

Belgium international Ciman has signed a two-year deal with the Ligue 1 side after a three-year spell in MLS.

The defender left Standard Liege for Montreal Impact in 2015, but remained part of the Belgium squad for Euro 2016 and would have been included in the World Cup party had Vincent Kompany not been fit.

"People have an image here [in Europe] of a league...

Belgium international Laurent Ciman exits LAFC for move to Dijon

Taylor Twellman shares his takeaways from the final regular-season installment of the LA derby, a 1-1 draw between LA Galaxy and LAFC.

LAFC center-back Laurent Ciman has left the club less than a year after moving to Los Angeles to transfer to French club Dijon.

Ciman, 33, signed a two-year contract with the Ligue 1 team. LAFC will receive a transfer fee of around $500,000, a source told ESPN FC.

Ciman's deal with LAFC was set to expire at the end of the MLS season this winter, and he thanked the club for allowing him to leave.

"As you may have heard, we are leaving L.A. for France," Ciman wrote on social media on Tuesday. "I want...
